At Decofav, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, our product return and exchange policy has specific rules. Please read the following information carefully.
Return policy:
- We accept returns of pre-cut fabrics if the product is faulty. However, please note that pre-cut and used fabrics are not eligible for our general return policy.
- For other products (curtains, pillowcases, tablecloths, etc.), you can make your return request within 14 days from the date you received the product.
- The returned product must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.
- For returns, please contact our customer service. They will assist you with the return process and details.
Change Policy:
- You can make your exchange request within 14 days from the date you received the product.
- The product you will return for exchange must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.
- Please check the stock status and alternatives of the product you wish to exchange with our customer service.
Cut Fabrics and Special Products:
- Cut fabrics and specially prepared products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, as the nature of these products may be embroidered or personalized.
